We have participated in the MORE project as a consortium partner. Our PAT solutions helped to increase resource efficiency in different plants in the Petrochemical and Personal Care Chemistry sectors.

For the EU funded project COOPOL we act as a subcontractor and deliver PEAXACT Process Analyzer for polymerisation processes. The analyzer output is fed into a Model Predictive Controller.

The Competence Center for Process Analytical Technology at BASF SE applies PEAXACT Chrom to chromatography applications (see Application Note). PEAXACT Process Analyzers are in use for various tasks in lab and process environment.

With Bayer MaterialScience we collaborate in many R&D projects together with CAT Catalytic Center, developing solutions for polymer production (see Application Note). We deliver PEAXACT Process Analyzer for demanding process monitoring tasks, e.g. for the lighthouse project Dream Production.

For many years, Lonza has been using PEAXACT in optical spectroscopy, mainly for the development of specialty chemicals (see Application Note) production processes. The innovative approaches of intelligent application of Hard Modeling Factor Analysis has even been awarded the German PAT Award 2014.
